One teaspoon of the Callebaut cocoa powder plus a 1/2 teaspoon of sugar into which is poured 10 oz of boiled/hot milk equals outstanding hot chocolate. For me. I love it. It is high quality and has no unpleasant after taste. Additionally Olive Nation was prompt with the delivery. The process was easy.

I’d been searching for a good red cocoa powder for my chocolate crème pie and I stumbled upon this through an internet search. I bought a reasonable amount to test it out. As soon as it arrived I made a batch of pies and they were exactly what I’d ben looking for. The pies have a dreamily rich chocolate flavor and a gorgeous deep brown color. This cocoa helped produce the prettiest pies i’ve made in 25 years.
