These are without a doubt the best carob chips I have found. I cannot eat chocolate, so these are my go-to alternatives. These are really good and have no sugar , sodium, or caffeine. I order these on a regular basis. I bake with them, mix them with peanuts, and just eat them straight out of the bag.

It’s a shame they changed something with these. They used to be gluten free, like the sweetened version. I can’t have chocolate or gluten and these are perfect for candy making, which doesn’t work with the sweetened chips. I also love adding them to brownies for a deeper “chocolate” flavor. These are amazing and I really hope they figure out how to make them gluten free again. I’ll buy a ton if they do.
