When I am baking any chocolate treat, this Valrhona Cocoa Powder is my go-to. My pantry will never be without it.

The powder is much darker than the photograph here. I use Valrhona Cocoa nearly all the time in my version of chocolate soda, since I do not drink coffee. The cocoa is so finely ground that it mixes easily into the chocolate soda and hot chocolate. The flavor is intense. It is to Droste Cocoa as Droste is to Hershey’s Cocoa. So far of the cocoas I have tried, it is the best. I love it.
