I have purchased this before. I use a lot of it for cooking. It is good for you, better than canola, vegetable oil and can fry at a high heat unlike olive oil.

The product is goodbut was delivered with no protection.. the gallon was just rolling around in the box it was delivered in .. no inflated bubble wrap.. if box would have fell the oil would have busted open from impact

Works great for my body butters

Fries food great, or good to use in any cooking. Strain the used oil , and you can keep using the remainder, and it cooks great until it’s all consumed.

The avocado oil cleans up nicely! I used it for deep frying shrimp oppose to vegetable oil. The shrimp were delicious. I have used it for searing salmon in a pan. I store it in a cool dark place inside the cabinet for best keeping. Avocado oil is healthy alternative to vegetable oil.

This was a great addition to my shea butter recipe! It marries will with the butters, it doesn’t have an overpowering scent and it keeps well when stored properly!

I was getting frustrated with little bottles of oil on my black stone. I swear too high to use butter and don’t want to use bacon fat in everything.
This galling of avocado oil tastes great, has a super high smoke point, and I can use it to clean, season, prep my grill and to cook with.
I notice since I went to oil over animal fat, there is a lot less char and smoke when I cook.
And the price on this is killer!

This is the best oil to use for high heat cooking. It is super healthy!! I use it for all my cooking now. I used to use olive oil but it is dangerous once it hits the smoke point which is not very high. It literally becomes a carcinogen.
The flavor is slightly buttery. It does not overshadow food whatsoever. I use it to make popcorn which gives it all the buttery flavor it needs. I use a half cup of kernels thrown into a pot of half cup hot oil. I know it sounds like a lot of oil but I’m replacing the butter with healthy oil for my kids. Once you remove the popcorn from the heat dump it into a bowl right away and toss it several times so it does not get soggy. I then add salt and nutritional yeast that also gives it a buttery cheesy flavor.
