From Chilled: 160°C / 325°F / Fan 150°C / Gas 3 / 1 1/2-2 HrsOnce browned all over transfer to an ovenproof dish. Add stock, cover and cook in the oven. Alternatively you can cook on the hob for 1 1/2-2 hours.
Shallow Fry From Chilled: Medium to High/1-2 MinsPreheat oven. Add a little oil to a hot frying pan and brown the meat over a medium to high heat. This will seal the meat and lock in its flavour and juices.

Keep refrigerated at -2°C to +4°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark and consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
