This lemon powder is so good. Makes a great addition to cakes, cupcakes and donuts.

This is an essential ingredient for my royal icing. It reduces the sweetness and doesn’t change the consistency. Please never discontinue. I couldn’t do without

Virtually no lemon flavor. If you’re thinking of using this as a replacement for TrueLemon or lemon crystals, you’re in for a sore disappointment. I’ve been cooking and candy making for 50+ years and this is NOT it. I am probably beyond my time for a refund since I didn’t open it until I needed it, but I would never recommend this to any good cook. Bland, and lemon isn’t even the first ingredient, “Corn syrup solids” is. Why call it lemon powder?? Also lemon oil, which is bitter, is used in this. And you have to use a LOT of it to get any forward lemon flavor, and the flavor you get had no intensity, so it is not a good value.
