The oil has an unpleasant aroma somewhat reminiscent of composting grass. Fortunately, this aroma doesn’t seem to impact the flavor of cooked food. While I appreciate that this is organic and extra virgin oil (that’s why I bought it afterall), the value proposition seems low. I don’t know how many avocados it takes to make a bottle, but I doubt the quantity justifies the price.
Also, the pour spout was stuck inside the lid on both bottles rendering it useless and a hindrance every time the lid is screwed back on. Until a fresher smelling and better value alternative can be found, this will have to do I suppose.

Smells like almost too bad avocado. One bottle was bad, the other less bad, manageable maybe for cooking? Definitely not a good smell for flavor for eating it.
Update: the seller offered a full refund and reached out which was impressive so I’ve increased my rating. However I’m not the most confident in trying again since both bottles smelled bad and had expiration date long into the future. Maybe this is just how they’re supposed to smell?

I use avocado oil and coconut oil for cooking. This Avohass organic avocado oil is actually delicious when used in a dressing but it does not have an over-strong flavor when used in cooking. It is perfect.

This is probably the best organic olive oil on the market but it has risen so much in price that it is longer something that I can buy. When I first started purchasing it was $30 for two bottles now it is up to $59. I am all for paying for a quality product but there is then a point where you feel like it’s too much. The oil and delicious and fatty, I have had some issues with the cap and it looks like some particles falling into the bottles, so I would suggest some different packaging. If money is no option for you, this is great, but we have started to buy another brand that is almost as good but less than 1/2 the price (and still organic but in a plastic container).

Costly but the fine quality is worth the money. I value that it is organically grown as it ensures purity from harmful chemicals.

We are very happy with this avocado oil which we use in cooking. We had an issue which the vendor promptly resolved. Very impressed. Will continue to purchase

The oil is clean but dosent contain any vitamin E and vitamin A as it isn’t listed in the nutritional information on the labeling that should be conducive with the fat soluble vitamins contained in the ripe fruit. The fact that the oil dosent contain these fat soluble vitamins makes me wonder if the oil has been processed and filtered.

I gave these as a gift to a family whose Dad needs to cook with a heart healthy oil. This has all the right characteristics of the best avocado oils. My friends have yet to let me know if they liked it. When they do, I will update my review.
