Creating clear and transparent shipping and handling policies is crucial for a commodity trading company like Agropastoral Products Co., Ltd. Here's a framework for the Shipping and Handling Policy:
1. Shipping Policy:
a. Shipping Process: - Detail the steps involved in the shipping process, from order placement to delivery.
b. Shipping Rates: - Specify the shipping costs associated with various products or order amounts.
c. Delivery Timeframe: - Provide estimated delivery times based on location and shipping method.
d. Shipping Carriers: - Name the shipping carriers used and any partnerships that may influence shipping.
e. International Shipping: - Explain international shipping options, rates, and potential customs or import duties.
f. Tracking Information: - Describe how customers can track their orders and obtain tracking information.
g. Shipping Restrictions: - List any countries, regions, or products where shipping may be restricted or limited.
2. Handling Policy:
a. Packaging: - Describe how products are packaged to ensure safe transit and delivery.
b. Quality Assurance: - Explain any quality control measures or checks in place during the handling process.
c. Fragile Items: - Provide special handling instructions for fragile or delicate commodities.
d. Inventory Management: - Detail how inventory is managed to maintain accuracy and prevent errors in order fulfillment.
e. Returns and Exchanges: - Outline the process for handling returns, exchanges, or replacements related to shipping issues or damaged items.
3. Additional Policies:
a. Lost or Damaged Items: - Explain the procedure for reporting and addressing lost or damaged items during shipping.
b. Split Shipments: - Describe under what circumstances the company may split an order into multiple shipments and how this is communicated to the customer.
c. Free Shipping Offers: - Clarify conditions for free shipping, such as minimum order amounts or specific products.
d. Holiday or Peak Season Shipping: - Provide information about any special considerations or delays during peak seasons or holidays.
e. Force Majeure: - Address how the company handles unforeseen events like natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events affecting shipping and delivery.
f. Contact Information: - Provide contact details for customers to reach out for shipping-related queries, concerns, or support.
Regularly update and review these policies to ensure they align with your company's operations and any changes in shipping or handling processes. Communicating these policies clearly to your customers will help manage their expectations and provide a positive shopping experience.

Shelf life; the can states the Best Buy date is two years after production. However, a Best Buy date is not an expiration date. My experience is that it is at least good for 2.5 years. I’m testing now to determine whether it will be good for three years after production. I think it will be.
The problem is that the can I received was produced in December, and it’s now in August. So I have lost at least eight months of shelf life. That’s not fair to me, and it has happened to me with this product before. I wish the seller would give me a recently made can.
Servings: By my calculations a can is about 1.78 gallons of milk, or about 4,560 calories. Three TBS of powder, and .75 cup of water is one serving. One serving is 120 calories. This is a pretty good amount of calories in a small can, but they are expensive.
Taste: it is not as rich and creamy as whole milk, but not as watery like skim milk. Imagine something more creamy than skim milk with a somewhat chalky, or “dull” taste. Not a bad taste at all, just, well, different. Certainly better than skim milk. Also, certainly a lot better when its chilled. I will be very to have it, and won’t complain at all if the SHTF if I have this (except for getting an 8 month old can.)

This product has the favor of real fresh milk. It blends very easily. Very delicious indeed

I drink oat milk and oat milk exclusively… it’s the best for flavor and the best for the environment. But sometimes you just need real milk for recipes, and I keep this stocked in my home for those times. I recommend going with the biggest can out there, as the little guy isn’t usually the best priced. I’ve kept it fresh and have used the large gallon size for 3 years without any issues with freshness…. so, if you’re like me and only need real milk from time to time for certain recipes, this is it, you cannot go wrong unless you’re the type who can afford Tuscan Whole Milk, One Gallon.

We are not milk drinkers. But when I need some for cooking, cereal, or the one off desire for a glass of milk…this is the best stuff!
+ it does not go bad.
+ once mixed and refridgerated, tastes like real milk, more like dairy cow milk that’s fresh.
+ dont waste $$ on milk that turns sour and wastes.

Super easy to make, wonderful flavor. I’m on a strict diet and this helps my fluid intake besides water.

Just thought I’d try this. I made one cup and it tastes very good. The milk was rich, which I wasn’t really expecting, because other powdered milk I’ve had in the past was always watered down tasting. This was much better than I’ve ever had.

I’m using the product to drink cereal and beverages.
Oh why not? –
I made my best Bechamel sauce ever with this! I personally wouldn’t use this for drinking plain, because this tastes like milk plus butter when you reconstitute it at full strength (3.5%), but imo this beats store-bought milk when trying to cook food, make sauces, bake…
I originally bought this as part of my “in case of emergencies” larder, but I’m replacing my “milk for cooking” with this… and only buying grocery store milk for drinking and/or cereals.

Very good!
