Tammy Strickland –
I ordered a pound of these mushrooms and soaked them as directed – even as long as 24 hours and they were inedible. Tough as leather and could not be chewed. I contacted the company and they asked me about it, and then I never heard another word from them. Highly do not recommend buying this product. I have been satisfied with other products purchased here.

Next time I’ll get all caps. Stems are tough, although I’m led to believe more nutritious.
