I ordered these because they don’t carry unsweetened carob chips anymore. These are extremely sweet. Wish they’d bring back unsweetened carob chips. They were smooth and tasted like dark chocolate. Much easier to utilize in candy making, since you can control the amount of sugar you add. With these sweetened ones you get whatever amount of sugar they put in it. Kinda bummed. They don’t taste bad, just extremely sweet.
