I guess I got lucky… I really needed white chocolate flavor so when I found this, I got it right away. I was surprised to read the other reviews afterward. However, I have to say I had a very different experience. The White Chocolate extract I got was wonderful. It had a subtle smell of creamy sweet white chocolate and made my white chocolate macadamia nut cookies really yummy! Overall a really nice flavor that I will definitely buy again.

After reading the other reviews I decided to take a chance on this extract, hoping that the 2022 bottles would redeem some of the old reviews.
I tried this in my coffee after opening the bottle because I was worried about ruining an entire batch of cookies before tasting it.
The reviews about the smell and taste were right. It smelled like stinky feet and tasted about the same in my coffee. I could tell there was something there, though.
I took the chance and went ahead and used it in my white chocolate raspberry cookies.
They are divine! This gets two thumbs up for baked goods. I wouldn’t recommend it in any other application.

I was excited to get this flavor, but then was so disappointed! I had to throw out 2 double batches of buttercream. It tasted and smelled like ruined milk. There was no milk in the buttercream. I only purchase Olive Nation flavorings and emulsions as I love them, but this one I’m not sure if I got a bad bottle or what.
